Level 3 Certified Infrared Thermographer® - Online Distance Learning

Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer® - Distance Learning is a 21 hour online course for advanced topics and best practices for IR inspections and documentation.  This course is essential for the long term viability and success of any infrared program.  Level II Certification is a prerequisite for this course.

Course topics include: the latest thermography applications, software/hardware, industry specifications and standards, the development and implementation of written IR procedures and practices for standards compliance, thermography and inspection reports as legal documentation, promotion / marketing, and more.

The course tuition includes 24 hour online access for 60 days to course materials, a Student Reference Manual, course completion verification, and course material shipping.

After successful course completion, students are eligible to take the Certified Infrared Thermographer® exam. This exam can be taken online by video conference.

Certification is issued to students who achieve a score of 80% or higher on the exam.  Infraspection Institute certification does not expire.  There are no additional requirements for Infraspection Institute certification after successful completion of the exam.

For NDT personnel certification, our Level I, II, and III Certified Infrared Thermographer^® courses also meet all ASNT requirements for training.
